All information gathered by any online form is governed by UK law accordingly implemented, including that required by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and may be processed by the Service in regards to the inquiry we are sending to other fire and rescue services on your behalf or for purposes required by law.

We use a service called Mailgun to run the email service that responds to you the user and also passes your details to the relevant fire service. We have chosen this service so that all communications are secure between you the user and the service you are contacting. Mailgun have their own GDPR policy and we encourage you to read it if you have any concerns regarding the safety of your data through their service.

What do we do with the information we collect

Information use

Where you voluntarily choose to give us your personal details the personal data you give us will be used exclusively for sending to the Fire Authority you have selected from our enquiry form.

Information sharing and disclosure

Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Hampshire Fire and Service will only send the information that you have provided in the form to other Fire Services that you have selected.
